DONT BRING YOUR FAMILY HERE. They hardly answer the phone. I’ve been given an attitude by a few different nurses. They let my 95 year old grandma get out of bed and smash her head on the floor. They have ONE phone that they let residents use that you have to make an appointment to use and ONLY can through out the weekdays, not the weekends when most people have time off to go see family there and since we have to speak through a window there should be a phone available and someone to help them with it. This place is horrible. They have tried to give my stepfather the wrong medicines at least twice that we know of. Refuse to return phone calls. They have lost all credibility in the families eyes and is now refusing to follow the wishes of the family to have him moved closer to home. It seems like they are simply dragging things out to make additional profit. DO NOT take your loved ones to this facility if you care about them in any way.

This place never answers the phone. I understand they're so very busy but they need to create a job for someone to answer the phone. They lost my grandma's $4000 hearing aides, sent someone else's dentures in her bag of belongings and the admin has told several lies. I have no idea what kind of care my grandma received in her last days but I can say the admin here sucks.

I had to place my mother in this facility Friday 4/13/18 for physical therapy and long term placement ongoing. While it was breaking my heart I knew I had to do what was best for her. In the transition unit she has called me everyday telling me how wonderful the staff are and that they are taking such good care of her. She says the food is like ordering at a fine restaurant. Compassionate and dedicated staff. My brother has been here over a year and he is happy to have made this his home. The staff has worked hard to involve him in his healthcare and facility activities.
