Well 5 stars just are not enough to even come close to applauding the GGW crew! Christy VanDyke has gone above and beyond for me as a real estate agent so many times and even so far as running down a UPS delivery guy for closings. Christy has stayed late, taken calls after hours, answered sooo many questions over and over. Christy and her office had full knowledge of the structure of the transaction and the process from the beginning. Rebecca was very nice when I initially ordered my deed and I was told it would take 2–3 weeks. After multiple calls with no answer, I finally reached someone else in the real estate department and was told it could actually be completed the same day.
