Excellent customer service involving not receiving paper bills on time. TU
We live in the city and Helene put our electricity out for 30 hours. We feel that CPW has done a fine job of providing utilities for us. I have complimented them on the phone as well. Thank you.
CPW - I have absolutely NOTHING good to say about this company. My bill went from $20/$30 a month to $85/$100 a month. I called and got some lame excuse about Greenville County having something to do with it. While talking to my neighbors surprisingly theirs hasn't gone up. Someone help me to understand!! It shouldn't be to surprising they are just like everything everyone else. We need their service so they could care less. Oh but they will act like they do!!
I have lived at the same address for 30 years and have never had a complaint for Greer CPW. Furthermore, I have nothing but praise for them. I think they provide exceptional service to our community. Thank you ladies and gentlemen. 🌷🇺🇲👏
