Without prejudice. Effectively lied to me through the process saying that they would replace all my gutters, at my cost, and then said they were too busy once they completed the insurance work. If they had been honest I could have hired another plumber To do my gutters and downpipes while the 12 by 4 Metre pergola roof and 12 metres of flashing were not yet installed.
