Ordered an expensive mower. Very little communication regarding shipping. Mower arrived in the rain with no one home. Box wet and damaged. 2 days after receiving mower, received an offer from Greenworks for 20% off same mower. Tried to get a price adjustment... They would not consider. I will never spend another dime at Greenworks tools.
