Nick was amazing to work with. He made himself available quickly, which is a stress reliever when purchasing a home. He showed up early and was extremely thorough. The home we were buying is older so Nick took extra time to ensure everything was on the up and up. He then walked me through each part of his report big and small. It made me feel more confident in my decision making about the home. Would 10/10 recommend.

Green Work Inspections completely failed to do their job. They falsely advertise that they send licensed inspectors, but the person they sent to my home had no license and zero knowledge about construction. As a result, they missed major problems during both my new build and warranty inspections. When I reported this to management, they did nothing to fix the situation or take accountability.
