This is who you want to do your mold inspection. They do inspections, NOT mold remediation/removal, so there's no conflict of interest. They are incredibly responsive, professional, and thorough. Kelton was awesome! It was super convenient having one person take care of everything in one visit. He checked the foundation, plumbing, and even the septic — which saved us from having to schedule multiple appointments. He explained things in a way we could actually understand and was really easy to work with. Definitely glad we had him inspect the house and saved us a ton of money in negotiations.

Nathan, the check that came to our house was the best service person I’ve ever experienced in my life. He was thorough specific as to what he was doing. His follow up was excellent very professional and did everything that I paid for him to do. It’s everyone else at the company that suffers customer service from trying to understand the people that answer the phones to them calling you back, etc. etc. you need to improve that aspect of the business because they’re pulling down Nathan who is fantastic
