Went for an oil change. The staff here is amazing! Drove in, and within 30 minutes, my truck was done. They even washed it.
This is the second vehicle in a row that I have purchased at Greenwood Chevrolet Hubbard. Steve Rotunno, Jolene Jones, and staff have been nothing but friendly and professional throughout the buying experience. I would highly recommend this team for new car purchases, and I myself will be purchasing our next family vehicle at this dealership.
bought some fluid and returned what i didnt use. was told because i paid cash they cant give me money back because they dont have cash. so i have to wait over a week for them to mail me $54. lets hope it actually shows up. more importantly they dont tell you that beforehand and how much cash does the owner need in his pocket that he cant afford to have change for customers. if it was hundreds ok sure. but $54, and they have none?
