The rent is affordable and the apartments have been nicely renovated. However the male tenant above me has caused major issues since 1 month after I moved in including playing loud music, throwing bird seed on my patio, slamming doors and banging on stuff in the middle of the night, spitting on my patio, using my patio as an ash tray and being the #1 suspect in my car being vandalized resulting in getting security cameras.
