I visit sometimes and the staff is very friendly helpful and the building is very clean.
Drove past this place today. I always like to check and see who ended up owning all the old once-beautiful buildings. Walked in and of course it reeked of weed. That's to be expected in trashy areas. At first I almost would have complemented them with the nice looking facade compared to so many others. Til I got a little closer and saw two balcony boards completely missing and orange plastic lattice tossed up to take it's place. Whole windows with plastic over them because they're busted out. This place is a disgusting dirty dump. If you like to be a rule breaker this is where you want to live. Only the good people are reprimanded. The office staff doesn’t care at all about the tenants they should all be fired. They need to condemn the place. All above is true
At the beginning when I moved here it was a little rough. I moved into an apartment that was just rebuilt after a fire. The apartments are super beautiful. Nice set up, spacious, and I like the area where it is located. However, it was a spider issue, not any other bugs, just spiders that really made it challenging in the beginning. Plus it didn’t help being in a forest like environment. Now that the issue has been taken care, I can enjoy my place in peace. The maintenance are on it when I call in something.
