RecommendedAbsolutely love this vet...I rescue bullys...I was so happy find out how great they are w ALL animals...but their knowledge of English Bulldogs who can struggle w anesthesia & other known health problems is outstanding...they are a 45min drive for me...but it’s well worth the peace of mind, knowing my dog is in GREAT hands ❣️💯
I really liked Greenwood and trusted both of their vets up until today. We rescued a kitten when she was 3 weeks old and brought her promptly into Greenwood. They “checked her out” and gave us feeding instructions as the kitten was barely old enough to be on her own. They told us to bring her back when she was 8 weeks. So today, at 8 weeks old, we brought her back in. They diagnosed her with feline leukemia. They did not warn us that she could have it when we brought her in at 3 weeks old nor did they test for it. Took our 5 month old kitten in today to get spayed and declawed. 1:00 P.M. My wife gets a call from the vet, Cleo went into cardiac arrest and she's gone.😔 I understand anything can happen but a healthy 5 month old kitten full of life went in to get common procedures done and is no longer with us. The Doctor and the Office manager did speak to us and tried to explain how the procedure went and the events that took place but we still left feeling empty and confused. Dr. Schramm is very impatient and rather unprofessional. First thing Monday morning and she’s an hour and a half late. No phone call, no apology. Our horse is a very big, very sweet boy, basically a big baby, and she is incredibly impatient with him and complains the whole time she does anything routine for him. (Dental and sheath cleaning). Stacy and her Associates are the best. They are very personable and compassionate. Our dogs are our family and the associates at Greenwood Vet makes us feel like we are part of a bigger family. I am referring all of our puppy owners to them. They are truly amazing and such a blessing to families who love their pets.
