Editing to adjust my review: I used to love it here. Grew up here in fact. 4 members of my family live in here. However it’s gone down hill rapidly over the last 3-5 years. First of all HOA is over $100 per month and it gets you about nothing. Grass rarely gets cut, weeds everywhere, snow removals a joke & they don’t prep for ice. No park, nothing at all to do & an outdated clubhouse they rent way too high. They have also downsized dumpsters twice in the last 2 years but not upped the number of pickup days.
