This is the worst Property management company to deal with. Lots of hidden Fees & up charges. Still have not returned my Deposit. The unit itself was in bad shape, and the rent was raised 40% for no reason.
I wanted to update my review. I was having quite of bit of issues living at Monterey Pines with the property managers and the maintenance team due to their lack of understanding how to treat me as a paying tenant and human being. I reached out to corporate here at Greenwood & McKenzie and Rosie did an amazing job of turning things around for me. I feel a little more at ease living here. Thanks Rosie for your support and kindness towards the tenants living here.
