I left this residence back in April of 2024 and it is February and they still have not given me back my deposit.
I’ve lived here for 3 years and the location of this complex is my favorite thing about it. Management changed in the last year, and there’s been more issues of overflowing dumpsters, lack of parking, and broken gates than ever. I learned from a new resident this past summer that they are lying to people saying the pool is heated and there is a hot tub, when neither are true. Very bad management and maintenance , heating is not working and it’s freezing cold and no fix from last few days. They do not take care of their residents well
