Honestly, I love it here. It’s been almost 6 months and I have nothing negative to say. Monica has been a reliable property manager. Something worth a special note: The Maintenance team!! I’ve lived in many different apartment complexes in many different states. The maintenance team here has been the best out of anywhere I’ve lived, especially Alvin.
Abigail made our application process very easy! She even remembered me from when we spoke originally a couple months prior and that says a lot. Her customer service has been top notch and it has made us even more excited to become a part of this community!
Greenwood Place has been an excellent place to live. The management team is flexible and easy to work with. It’s a quiet, laid-back community where I’ve always felt comfortable and at home. The maintenance crew is also great—always friendly and quick to take care of any issues. I’ve really appreciated how well everything is run here. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-managed place to live.
Management is very unprofessional and rude. Monica ( manager) hands out your address and personal information/images to neighbors if there are any interpersonal issues. The street is very loud at all hours of the day. Lots of drug/homeless/ safety issues in the area. The garage door is broke. Frequently. Lots of theft in the mailrooms. Would not recommend. They raise the rent every single year.
