ANOTHER management company robbing applicants of “applications fees” BEFORE even seeing the place to rent. Desperate home seekers have no choice to pay it as this seems to be the going scam with NOBODY regulating this practice. It’s absurd, it should be illegal, it’s unnecessary and it’s WRONG! Shame on companies willing to do this with to hundreds of people with only ONE or sometimes NO available rentals.
I didn’t rent anything here, but Mark went above and beyond in helping me find another place when there wasn’t any availability. Great dude and i appreciate his willingness to help 👍 we need more people like that on this planet. Thanks mark
