***BE ADVISED: they do not fill pet prescriptions.*** I showed up to fill my dog’s prescription for antibiotic doxycycline. Very unimpressed by the pharmacy tech who told me they don’t fill pet prescriptions, like “duh, you should know that already.” I didn’t see any signs in the pharmacy nor did I see any info online that they do not accept animal prescriptions. So, don’t waste your time if you need to fill pet scripts. Clearly I have nothing better to do than drive all around town trying to fill a simple prescription.
We are new to the area and my daughter came down with something that took her out. I checked with a local Facebook group for suggestions and this location for urgent care / walk-in was highly suggested. I’m glad I went with this location / suggestion. We were in and out within a reasonable timeframe considering we had no appointment. EVERYONE that we interacted with was extremely helpful, kind and welcoming. Great place, friendly. Knowledgeable and professional… doctors here are always compassionate and caring.. they always are understanding and are good at explaining what’s going on
They tried to charge me for services without giving an estimate. Very deceptive practices at this location I would reccomend going elsewhere for health and dental services.
The entire organization has to many procedures and policies to support patients who are not typical. They provide no resources to help beyond what the organization has limited them to be able to do. That directly impacts access to medications, prolongs refills and prior authorizations, and have left the employees of the system top to bottom under supported, over worked, and under compensated. Do better for your long term health by filling prescriptions and finding doctors outside of this organization.
