Greenwood Pediatrics has been my daughter's health care provider since birth. They have been amazing! I had a good experience for the first 5 years, until life happens and then there was zero understanding. I was late for her 5-year appointment by 9 minutes and they would not take her back (despite the fact that they have not once been on time for ANY of her appointments). I am incredibly thankful we chose Greenwood Pediatrics as our pediatrician! We have always been thankful for Dr. Michele and her team, but especially during this sick season. Dr. Michele and Julia always have us leaving their appointments feeling confident and safe about our plan for our kids. The nurses are always so timely and thoughtful with their responses on mychart and triage. The front office staff is kind and knowledgeable. Dr Sunit is attentive, kind, knowledgeable, and caring. She answered all of my questions and lovingly listened to my concerns. She took the time to explain things to me.
