Aside from refusing to look into conflicts involving floor neighbors smoking weed and selling drugs to random people all throughout the night. The main manager is quite rude. After living their for two years I was forced to move as a result of damage to the complex I was located in and instead of aiding in financing the move, was forced to move to either another complex in the area or another apartment altogether, with barely two weeks notice. The managers here became my friends and are actually concerned about your quality of life. The tenants are mostly Chemeketa students and so is one of the managers. The rent is good, the location rocks, the people are WONDERFUL and the apartments are beautiful, upkept and affordable.
This apartment community is awesome! The managers are there for you, work with you and are always improving the grounds and maintaining the property. They are organized and on top of things and are also very friendly neighbors! I have lived in GWP for over 3 years now, and am very happy with my experience and the rent and amenities.Check it out for yourself!
