Great apartment complex The Alexan at Frank Lloyd Wright is an upscale apartment complex in a great location that is right next to the Loop 101 highway. It is within walking distance of Albertson's grocery store, Blockbuster, Einstien's bagels, Target, Subway, and much more! Parking is adequate within the complex. The people are all very nice too - great neighbors. If you are looking for a high end apartment complex, this is a good choice! PROS: Great location CONS: Expensive rent
Great Place to Live! City Gate is a great place to live! From the management to the maintenance folks they are very friendly and helpful. They take pride in keeping the community grounds very nice and clean.

Amazing! This is an amazing, affordable, and convenient apartment complex. You can search all over Denver and surrounding communities, there is no complex even remotely comparable. The staff is unbelievable! They have always gone above and beyond for me. I have been here for over two years and I cannot imagine leaving anytime soon.
Love it! City Gate has an amazing pool. The employees are very friendly and helpful. The outside and inside of the building are always clean. The residents are very friendly and easy to get along with.
Great Complex This is a great complex. Nice environment, great location in terms of downtown. Great amenities, with workout room, business center and pool. Media room is a definite plus!!...
Stay Away. Huge Mistake. They towed my car while I was moving my furniture in. This was on the second day, as the first day they said I could move in they were closed for a meeting. I moved from out of town so I had to get a hotel room. I moved out early after they towed my car a second time and the late night parties at the pool during "quiet" hours became too much. Upon move out I received a notice that I had stolen a television. It is now on my credit report and I am not giving those criminals a dime. Stay away.
