Photo 1 was after 2 weeks. Photo 2 was after they did maintenance. It was alright a portion of the time due to the fact that you have a place to live, the other majority you will be dealing with extremely slow maintenance that gaslights you for months on end.
We moved in October 2025, there were already a few wear and tares around the unit, understandably. But we only asked for our dishwasher to be replaced because theres hard water build up and black mold, the maintenance came to inspect it and said it just needed to be cleaned. I've cleaned it multiple times and our dishes are still barley clean, it actually makes the dishes more dirty with a white film. Do NOT move here!! You will regret it! They always have maintenance problems at this place. We have had leaks and electrical problems. They do not care about their residents. If you file an online maintenance problem, it will take weeks before they show up. and then they will do sloppy work. And they like to go inside the units when no one is home. They will FORCE you to allow the maintenance guys inside when you are not home. If you don't agree to this, they will cancel your maintenance requests. This means you will never g... read more
