To many reasons to list them all. Not able to place new flowers or decorations in grave March 1st through 15th without them being removed. I have seen markers upturned and bent in half Rude personnel they tell you what they think you want to hear but don’t follow through on proper actions. Lawn is no longer maintained like it used to be. Tractor ruts, no grass planted. Advertisements everywhere , This is supposed to be a final resting place. Continues to deteriorate. It appears markers have been replaced or moved around.

My mother bought two plots for her parents. When her mother died Greenwood was to put the year she was born and the year she departed. After asking many times, They Never put the year she departed. She died 2007 and still no plate. DeEsther H. Jones 1911 - 2007

The office personnel are very nice and try hard to accommodate clients,but I must agree with another reviewer: sadly,maintenance leaves much to be desired. When one expects perpetual care, it would be nice if it we're not necessary to take your own weed eater and blower to clean the area around the gravestones. I tend to that job myself several times a season,and even do a few complete strangers whose markers look long neglected. My biggest complaint though is the unevenness of the terrain. I live in Baltimore now and we visited my parents burial sites on 4/8/17, I thought the grounds looked great. We were very pleased.

I was up there 04-08-17 only to discover that they had taking all the flowers and statues up from three burials I have there. Called office they had informed me that they did a major clean-up in February and it was posted in the newspaper and flyers were put up. Well I live and hour away!. You had NO RIGHT removing flowers from the vases. You best believe the manager will hear from me as well as my 2 sister's on Monday! Oh and while you were doing your major clean up why didn't you include cleaning up all that duck S**T!
