Absolute joke of a medical clinic, I call in because I am half an hour late because I was helping my neighbor by cutting the grass they tell me to go the hospital after explicitly telling them I can't get there and needed them done today so I don't risl getting an effecting and their response is a big ya....
*Couldn't reach me so called family members I haven't spoken to in 3-4 years regarding a very private appointment, instead of reaching my domestic partner who was on file, and in which I even explicitly stated twice leading up to booking this appointment to call him in the case.* Not sure if there was miscommunication between clinics, didn't update information, didn't check files or they just thought it was appropriate but it was a big violation of my privacy. Reception person was very rude, I understand medical service can be limited in this area but please do not raise your voice at people calling to inquire.
