All health providers and staff members have been friendly, efficient and professional on every interaction. If an urgent appointment is needed and my doctor isn't available there is a user-friendly process for calling at 5pm on specific days (on their website) to get a same-evening walk-in appointment.

It has become nearly impossible to get an appointment with my doctor or a referral for something as simple as a referral for psychological care for my child. I had a stroke and cardiac concerns and yet, the receptionists were ignorant and are like watch dogs, making sure you can’t have access to your doctor. Also, there are no secretaries attached to each doctor anymore so one can assume everyone in the office has access to your records. The practice has become too big for what they can handle. I miss Pam greatly.

Poor access (they make it extremely hard to make appointments), no follow up from Dr Nowack when I have a new prescription, general lack of quality and care. My pharmacist is more helpful.
