Absolutely unacceptable experience. This office clearly overbooks appointments and does not respect patients’ time or safety. I was taken back, given anesthesia, and then left sitting in the chair for almost an HOUR with no supervision. My entire face was numb and no one checked on me, explained the delay, or offered any update. After waiting that long, I still wasn’t treated. There was no apology and no accountability. This is seriously the only dentist I will trust with my teeth!! Have had plenty of bad experiences with dentists but azure, first and foremost is amazing with making me feel comfortable about everything she is doing! Secondly I had to switch insurances and they made it easy! And lastly, I broke a tooth, a week before mobilization and they had me in, next day, and gave me all options right then and there! Communication is horrible. I tried reaching out for an appointment only to get late responses. I was told appointment times and responded back less than 5 minutes. Another 24 hours later I received a text message stating. “ the appointment on the 10th at 1:00 was taken before I heard back from you. I need to check about what we need to do at your next visit. I’ve bounced around between a few dentists in Nashville, and Greenwood is hands down the best. No one has ever taught me in such detail how to properly care for my teeth. I recently had my first cavity filled here, and the process was quick, painless, and done within the hour. The initial wait time for a new patient appointment can be about 2 to 4 weeks. Is that a bit long? Maybe. But with care this good, it’s absolutely worth the wait.

The clean and modern office creates a good first impression. The staff is warm and professional. I found Azure to be friendly and knowledgeable as she explained the x-rays and imaging process and provided me with a flossing tutorial. Now I know how to properly floss! Dr. Courtney’s warm and calming presence put me at ease when she reviewed the results of my x-rays and imaging and discussed treatment options.
