The health care practitioners and staff are among the best I've ever experienced; professional, caring, patient, willing. I couldn't ask for better support.
My doctor and nurse practitioner have recently gone above and beyond to make sure my medical needs are to being met. Also, administration staff are extremely professional and do everything to squeeze you in for appointments as quickly as possible.Sometimes there can be a bit of a wait, however it is expected at times.
One of the worst clinic I had to deal with, take forever(2, 3 month sometime more) to complete government form that cost money to the customer every month. They give a appointment to fill up a form but they only talk to you and don't fill anything and say they will do it for the following week, months and many calls after.....lol what a joke. Receptionist Unhelpful/unwilling to help, never smile...if you don't like your job, just quit or talk to peoples correctly. I prefer be sick longer and wait for an appointment at anothe... read more
