I was trying to build a new home on my property in N.C. the builder held my money for little over a year and kept giving push back about covid . Building a home during Covid what were we thinking? LOL Greenwood homes and Mary Kay made the experience easy, and took all of the fear out of building during a pandemic. The homes they build are beautiful, and use only the best materials, no corners were cut. The experience was straight forward, and having Mary Kay there to guide us was a Godsend. You are crazy if you look anywhere but Greenwood to build a home for you
It was wonderful working with Greenwood Homes. The home is beautiful and delivered within the timeframe that was promised. Rob and Mary Kay are wonderful to work with and were very responsive to all of my questions and needs during this process. I would highly recommend this builder and I would use them again in the future.
My experience with Greenwood Homes has been impeccable and immaculate! After moving in, whatever help I needed with brand new home minor issues, Hunter and Rob always responded immediately with upmost professionalism and care! Owning a new Greenwood Home has been very satisfying and pleasant b/c of their professionalism and attention to details. If possible, I hope to purchase all of my future homes with Greenwood Homes for their quality and best customer satisfaction. Thank you Greenwood Homes!
