Update: I have finally gotten in touch with the medical director at Greenwood and Wendy has assured me that this experience will not happen to other patients and that the staff has now been educated. While this experience has left me uncomfortable continuing care with Greenwood I did feel better after speaking with Wendy Macy. It is very clear to me that she cares about her patients.
