I recently toured Greenwood Forest Apartments and had a great experience. The community is clean, peaceful, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the apartment layouts looked spacious and updated. Definitely a great place to consider! :)
I was seriously considering renting here with my wife and children, but after my recent visit, I have concerns. While visiting my mother-in-law, we were greeted by a raccoon sitting on the stairs. As a parent to a 5-year-old son and a 10-month-old daughter, seeing a raccoon that large so close to the building is alarming and raises safety concerns. I hope management addresses this issue immediately, especially for the safety of current and future residents.
I’ve really enjoyed living here so far. The staff are friendly and helpful, and any issues are taken care of quickly. Maintenance is reliable and always does a good job. The community is clean, quiet, and well managed. I’d definitely recommend it to others.
New Management team has been the best choice for this property. Leslie and her maintenance team are phenomenal!
This new management definitely listens to there residents. This is definitely a place to call home. Leslie and the entire office staff and their maintenance crew are making a difference.
