Horrible experience. Salon is known for taking financial advantage of younger school age clientele. Increase prices surrounding local school events and quality is less than imperfect. Unprofessional business practices. Salon should be closed for unethical business policies.
The absolute worst Nail Salon I have ever been to. Not only did I get charged $75 for a fill. She complained the whole time that my nails were too long mine. They’re about a half inch but wider at the end. After the first day, not even a full 24 hours, two of them broke the two that she had to replace. Not only did she give me attitude the whole time I told her I wanted them fixed because it was 8 o’clock by the time she was done so she didn’t have time to fix them they were all bumpy and sloppy looking. Absolutely love this place, it’s my first time coming here and you were greeted with not only the loveliest Elsa she’s the best! But it smells amazing in here and it’s so comforting and relaxing. Me and my boyfriend got manicure pedicures and we were in love with how Elsa took care of us! Everything was perfect! Great place and great service!!
