I have rated this company 1 star because unfortunately you cannot rate less than 1. I have been renting from here for 5+ years and have not had a pleasant experience at all. Due to lack of maintenance and the willingness to fix issues that affect my day to day life and makes it incredibly difficult. I have to buy heaters when it's below 50 considering the rodents underneath my trailer tearing up who knows and most likely damaged the vents as I do not get hot air or cold air!
