It sucks the roads are not mantain in anyway huge Creator in the roads if you don't have 4wheel drive your not getting home I owner could care less about the place don't let the ad fool you ....
The gentleman that owns, and is responsible for the upkeep of the roads in Greenwood Estates is very derelict in his duties, and cares nothing about the residents that live here. I live on the road that is named for his mother, and it is in terrible condition. (If I were his mother, I would have him change the name.) I have several degenerative spinal conditions, he knows this, but continues to ignore phone calls and messages left to ask him to grade not just my road, but all of the sand roads in the community.
