I loved my trailer with all my heart but this park is just...the worst. I owned my trailer and I had to move out of here because my plumbing stopped working completely (which I called and asked for help and they wouldn't even give me a recommendation of who to call, I understood they couldnt fix equipment on the trailer itself bc i owned it. I wish I could give ZERO stars. I have applied here 2 times now and was denied both times. The first time for a loan and residency. The second time I was APPROVED for the loan but DENIED residency and I was given zero answer as to why... I have a good job and have for 7 years. And I have been in the same apartment for going on 8 years. GRANTED my credit isnt great but I feel like those should outweigh the minor credit details. But its what it is.
We just bought a house here house is great so far but what I don't like it the short lady that's bigger with blonde hair with tattoos is highly rude needs to change her stank attitude or don't work with people if you don't know how to talk to people very unprofessional
Well me and my family have been living here for 6 years now, there are a few things you should know before considering to live here, First, no matter what they raise the lot rent each year by 4% so for my family thats an increase of $340.00 dollars in 6 years, what do you get for that you may ask, absolutely nothing but you do get entertained by watching the maintenance men race eachother in the golf carts then after that you will see them relaxing under a near by shadded tree.
