Well me and my family have been living here for 6 years now, there are a few things you should know before considering to live here, First, no matter what they raise the lot rent each year by 4% so for my family thats an increase of $340.00 dollars in 6 years, what do you get for that you may ask, absolutely nothing but you do get entertained by watching the maintenance men race eachother in the golf carts then after that you will see them relaxing under a near by shadded tree. Please do not buy a home from Greenwood estates. Very overpriced and the quality of the trailers are absolutely awful. It’s very overpriced. They have raised lot rent twice for the past 2 years that we’ve lived here. It’s gone up by 10 percent. They say it’s because “Market rent is determined by evaluating several factors, some of those include, capital expenditures, expenses, and the rental rates in the marketplace. I loved my trailer with all my heart but this park is just...the worst. I owned my trailer and I had to move out of here because my plumbing stopped working completely (which I called and asked for help and they wouldn't even give me a recommendation of who to call, I understood they couldnt fix equipment on the trailer itself bc i owned it.
