Dr. Greenwood has always taken all of my concerns in a professional and caring way. I'm sad that I moved away so he won't be my doctor anymore, but in the 5 or so years that he's been my doctor, Dr. Greenwood has been great! Thank you doctor! you've been awesome!
I had a worst experience of my life. This Doctor doesn’t know compassion and was less than helpful.
Completely unacceptable medical care. I reached out about medical concerns and received a dismissive response. My condition worsened over the next two months so I sent him another message and got no response. Eventually, I was contacted by a MD who was covering him. Invalidating, non-responsive, and not solution oriented. I've never had such difficulty receiving care from a provider.
