Terrible leasing office. Submitted my application, included my offer letter and documents showing my income and they still denied me saying they can’t find a valid source of income in my bank account. Told them I start my job in the coming weeks and they ignored it. Impossible to get in touch with anybody in the office because they never respond to calls. Only person you can talk to is an AI. Lived here for a year and had no major problems. Building is very well maintained and management is very friendly and easy to work with. Nice area would recommend.
Great place and location, nice neighborhood for kids or walking your dog. Lots of new upgrades to the facilities. Management is great and easy to work with too. We’ve been here for 5 years now.
I lived there for 2 years and my experience was great there. Complex was always clean and the management was great never had any issues or any late responses. Eric treated me very well and made sure I was satisfied with my place. I highly recommend greenwood cove it’s a safe and friendly environment.
