I'm a disabled person who only gets paid on the first went in Fri Aug first to pay taxes on my truck they were closed so it cost me another 40$ for reinstatement fees and late charge ......a public office closed on Fri with we pay taxes for that office to be open....just another excuse to reach further into tax payers pockets ..... absolutely deplorable
Absolutely NOT what I thought this would be like from times past in my own experiences. But boy was I wrong!! In and out in 10 minutes. And the person behind the counter was so efficient and polite. Thank you for a new great experience. Get on board with letting everyone know. This is not a chore to dread taking care of any longer.
Backwoods goofballs who have no clue nor care for tax payers. Should be glad they have a govt job who does not measure performance on who they serve - a shame for such an up and coming town these employees are the face of it. Never have I have experienced such unprofessionalism handling a payment for taxes in my life. Shame on you Greenwood Tax Collectors office.
