Hospital staff were so helpful. After my car accident and poor experience at Wesley on Hillside in Wichita KS they helped me so much! They were fast, attentive, and so gentle helping remove glass from my hand, cleaning my wound, and gluing it back together. They also helped with my neurological concerns and determined my wrist was broken. They were so helpful and considerate. Truly on top of it.
I'm not one to leave reviews but when it comes to healthcare, I feel its my obligation to pass on my review because I care more for the sick and injured that they get the best care possible and I can assure you it's not a GCH. If at all possible, make the drive to another hospital and clinic not in Eureka.
This hospital & staff were incredible! I took my ailing mother here after another hospital sent her home with limited care & septic no less!! Eureka did everything possible to save her. They went above & beyond. Their end of life care was fantastic. They were so kind to the whole family, letting us stay & making sure we had what we needed to be with mom till the end. If anything bad happens to me my family has been instructed to bring me here ONLY because they are so caring & do what needs to be done.
The Communications at Greenwood is bad. My mother has been in Greenwood hospital for 5 days and it takes a village to connect me to her room. It is not the staffs problem but their technology. She has dementia in a strange place with no communication on what is happening. Greenwood please check with you maintenance management the patient and nursing staff should not have to deal with this or the patients family.
