I've been to at least nine condos,workin g as a Security Guard finally I've found a condo that has no parking garage, no over-bearing and demanding owners or tenants, just a wonderful, friendly people including management (Resident), I really like being apart of this condo. 😆😆😆😆🎆🎆🎆😁😁
My home, pool, security, elevators/one always breaking down, no guest parking, maintained landscape, high maintenance fee though, 750$ a month,spalding repair on exterior building needs to be taken care of quickly before some gets seriously hurt or killed.
