My mom died there 4 years ago from an infection because of poor care
If I could give zero stars, I would. This was the worst experience ever. It was my dad’s first time being placed in a nursing home. He was transferred from the hospital . The very next day, we were told they did not have the proper equipment for him. My dad is unable to walk due to a fall and requires respiratory equipment for his care.
