Everyone here is very kind and helpful. They were very aware of their homes and willing to hope. They gave information about the home buying process, the building timelines, and loan information
Things like air vents fall off since they are just pressed in.. no clamps, retainers, glue or even tape. Luckily this hit the wall before hitting my kid on the back as it could have really hurt him being so heavy. The kitchen island liner was being held by tape as well. Stucco around the house is really thin as well. Got house only a few months ago. Get a good inspector because they don’t care to even ask if you are ok after purchase is done you are bothering them when you contact them.
