Overcharging The manager is not professional at all. If you contact her she won't get back to you until days later. Shes alway charging late fees. Maintenance doesn't come to fix problems until days or months later. Make sure you do a walk through because there's so many small damages & try keep your expensive security deposit. Walls are super thin. Could hear everything the neighbor says.. Plus there's no room. Not even a storage closet. Worst apartments I have lived in.

WORST COMPLEX EVER Brian is the worse landlord you will ever encounter. He lets you live in an apartment with infested roaches and will wait until you leave for work to " spray" and then your problem will never solved. He also will let you have no running AC during the summer month and took one while month to fix in July!! DO NOT LIVE HERE! I repeat, DO NOT LIVE HERE!! I had my vehicle broken into twice and vandalized on 3 separate ocasions. When I notified manager, he basically said that it was my fault for not having alarm. Laundry stolen from laundry room. Caught manager eve's dropping on our conversation inside our apartment. I opened the door and he was standing 6" from our door listening to our conversation inside. Place is really run down, especially inside apartments. Manager selectively inforces rules, so watch out! KEEP LOOKING THIS PLACE IS A DUMP!

greenwood i am 67 years old and these apartments do not have washer and dryer in them. i cant take the heat to walk all the way to wash my clothes. it does not have a dish washer or garbage disposal and i really need those. i need a back patio for my table and chairs. i need a bigger livingroom to put in my special things. i would like a open concept,this apt. is too small for my husband and i. Maintenance takes forever and make sure you document EVERY prob you have at move in or they will soak you with "repair" costs at the end of your lease.
