The management does not solve the issues in the units unless is an emergency, they just ignore the requests. They rearely shovel the snow from parking lots, it seems as ice rinks and is not safe at all specially for adults with special needs or seniors.
I lived at this place for a few years and the reason I moved out is because they never replaced or repair what was needed, during the years I lived there, kitchen cabinets, carpet and doors had not been upgraded since I moved in. For long time the Management had knowledge of the condition of my unit and they just ignore it. They increases the rent every year, but never take action of what is needed in your apartment.
No upgraded units, old counters, cabinets, closet doors and carpets. Neighbors are noisy and smoke. Parking lot has pot holes everywhere. Garage belongings and cars are not safe. Check out by yourself before thinking to move into this place.
Very nice place to live. Manager is super nice. Only down side is that the parking lots are too small
