This has been the worst place I have ever lived in after over a year of paying my rent on time every month we went month to month for a 3 month period and the rent was increased from 800 to 970 and then after that period ended we get a notice on our door that rent will be increased to 1360. So within a 4 month period of being month to month the rent has almost doubled and we have paid our rent on time every month for the last year and 3 months.
