My experience with Lake View Crossing was very confusing and unprofessional. Someone by the name of Samantha from this company texted me on 5/20/2025 for a viewing of their 2 bdrm apartment. She asked me to confirm the date and time for 5/21/2025. I confirmed, and that morning at 8:28 a.m., I received a text message from Samantha asking if it would be okay to reschedule viewing for 5/22/2025 same time. Greenwood/Lakeside Manor/Whatever it's being called now is precisely that but with maintenance workers. First it was "oh, the old maintenance workers didn't know what they were doing." Then it was "well the newer ones were stealing." Then it was "well the new ones just don't want to work." This happens so much I think an intervention is needed.
