We have had a pleasant experience moving in our apartment. They have updated units that we had the choice of choosing, and I can truly say they were cleaned real good before move in. the location is close to everything if you live in Euclid . The manager mentioned they took over the community recently, and showed us the new things they are doing . So far this has been great, better than most places we checked out in Euclid.
Trust me these 5 star reviews about ideal management being great are liessss!!! The apartment is shitty but dealing with the new management is even worse, if you are asking any questions it some how turns into some big argument. I have seen management scream at an old man who has lived here since before I was born, brag about how many people she has evicted and how many more people she’s going to evict, and get extremely rude with me, my boyfriend and just about everyone of my neighbors I have talked to about it. I have lived at this property for over 5 years. For the first three years, management was wonderful — responsive, professional, and genuinely attentive to residents’ needs. Unfortunately, everything changed once the property switched hands. We were told we had to sign up for a cable and internet package (under Greenwood) because it was supposedly required for all apartments.
