I have been attending Greenwith Family Health for many years and have always found the receptionists to be friendly, helpful and welcoming; and the doctors are empathetic, non-judgemental, professional and very knowledgeable. My last visit was no different - I was warmly welcomed, sat comfortably to wait and my doctor was friendly, provided the advice I needed plus more, never made it feels as if I needed to rush through my current issue and arranged follow-up.
Been going here for 15yrs +, nice team of people to help you. Dr Raj is great and we adore Leslie on front desk. Hard to get in early tho
Terrible experience with this practice - using a different name to avoid further complications. Reception got my time wrong so I “was late” that was when I was in agony and then sent off for a blood test for “cancer” returned to “you don’t have cancer”, go get an ultrasound- radiologist found a second lump, again this doctor completely downplayed it, has even said it’s not cancer, when the report hasn’t said that at all, the report actually says they don’t know what it is his referrals for urology were all 12 weeks away, and... read more
I have been coming to this practice for the last 6-7 years and always book a single appointment as I usually just get a repeat script and a blood test, and am in and out within 5 minutes. I came here last week for a single appointment and got charged for a double because it was ‘over 15 minutes’. I was not seen on time and unaware of the time while in the appointment, as I do not check my phone while I am in there and there is no clock inside.
