I was working with Betsy Pulick for a few months after my L4/L5/S1 Disc Herniation. She was a key piece of my recovery from this painful injury. I would see her about twice per week in order to immediately reduce the pain and aide in my recovery. Besty is very also very sweet and compassionate person who even followed up with me months after my injury to check in. I highly recommend Betsy.
I made an appointment with Dr. Pulick as a last attempt to address issues I'd been having with muscle spasms in my legs during physical activity for over a year. I began acupuncture treatments for the first time and had 4 sessions. During my four appointments, she would listen, ask questions, make recommendations and give me stretches to do in order strengthen weakened muscles. Cured me! Had chronic hip and glute pain!! Dr. Gerard promised me it would get better and I should keep doing what I did!! Spinning and Running! It did get better!! I moved to Florida last June 2015 and when I went to visit in November had another treatment. Haven't been back yet to visit, and I'm still good!! I totally believe in GSM! I've been running for over 25 years and if anyone has an issue, don't wait for it to go away go to Dr. Gerard at GSM!!
