I have seen Dr.Gladstein a few times in the last year. While her knowledge as an ophthalmologist may be sufficient, her manner has consistently been rude and insulting. Laughing at me for being concerned that my eye prescription changed in 3 months or telling me I wouldn’t be interested her glass frames, when complimented, because they were very expensive, are not comments I can condone or excuse. The staff are far more caring than either of the two doctors I have seen frequently at this practice.
