Location, location, location! I lived here for 5 years with young kids and I found it to be a great temporary home. While "your mileage may vary", the good points are: Outstanding location: Close to "The Ave" in downtown Greenwich with high-end shopping and restaurants, Portchester and big box stores (eg, Costco) and only 14 minute drive to White Plains Airport with direct connections to DC, Charlotte, Chicago, Florida, etc. Hospitals and schools in Greenwich are great.
