The maintenance of the facilities, including clubhouse, pool and tennis courts is abysmal. For what they charge in rent and for the fact that prices are increasing over 10 percent each year, one would expect better common services. Pool is a dump, gym is filthy and has no equipment. They invested all the money in Greenwich place and none at Greenwich oaks which is more expensive.
I am a current resident and am deeply concerned by the pest control methods used on this property. Management utilizes traps baited marshmallows with an unidentified black oily substance on them to target raccoons. Today, this resulted in a squirrel being caught in a trap during 90-degree weather. The animal was left trapped and screaming in distress for hours. Smooth process, no surprises or complications. When we needed help with something, Greenwich Oaks management was very responsive.
Very flexible to move in when convenient. Some things in the apartment were not 100% up to par, but was addressed quickly. Amazing leasing office experience. Happy with my choice to move here.
