I am a current resident and am deeply concerned by the pest control methods used on this property. Management utilizes traps baited marshmallows with an unidentified black oily substance on them to target raccoons. Today, this resulted in a squirrel being caught in a trap during 90-degree weather. The animal was left trapped and screaming in distress for hours. Smooth process, no surprises or complications. When we needed help with something, Greenwich Oaks management was very responsive.
Very flexible to move in when convenient. Some things in the apartment were not 100% up to par, but was addressed quickly. Amazing leasing office experience. Happy with my choice to move here.
My parents just moved in after almost 50 years in the same house and have had a rough time since day one! The AC was said to be fixed twice, but still does not work and two indoor units were brought in. The washer and dryer units were filled with debris and mildew. They are incredibly tiny and can't even fit a single load. These have not upgraded. There is also a terrible odor from the basement area that still hasn't left.
