I've been living here six years. While no place is 100% perfect, the the owners, property manager and maintenance staff have ALWAYS been caring, quick to respond, friendly and understanding. Jeff (maintenance) has been especially speedy in getting things fixed. Highly recommended.
Very nice apartment's and the staff is wonderful! If something ever breaks they are there so quick to fix it! It is very quiet and clean. A very good place to live!
These people accept public assistance and subsidy but what since that makes when they say your income has to be three times rent It's unreal for a person to earn three times what these people charge for rent recieving public assistance or a low income subsidy
