Très bon accueil, personnel est très polie, à l'écoute, chambre très confortable pour 3 adultes et 2 enfants (10 ans et 1 ans). Nous avons très apprécié. Un retour peut-être l'année prochaine 😁😁
The shower in my room...17.... needs an update. I'm not a tall person... but I felt I needed to kneel just so I could wash my hair. And the 'continental breakfast' provided was the saddest spread I've ever experienced. But it is super close the hospital...5 min walk. Which saved me a tonne in parking.
A very nice hotel, comfortable accommodation, friendly staff with excellent facilities and excellent service
Although the hotel was on the cheaper side and with in walking distance to train station it had very limited small parking spaces, and if like us who were on the top floor you had to walk up 4 lots of stairs carrying your luggage to a room that was underwhelming in every way possible. Our room though at first glance looked clean once we put our luggage down and really looked it was quite the opposite to the point I went to the shop and brought antibacterial wipes and wiped all surfaces and remotes down, there were hairs and ... read more
Oh dear! If you are happy with a hot shower, a flushing toilet and clean sheets this is suitable for you. Seeing various types of hairs on the bathroom floor from other people, mould in grout and ceiling really lets this place down. It needs a thorough deep clean. Appliances need replacing. Flaking paint needs attention. Powerpoints need replacing for safety. Carpets and curtains need cleaning to remove odors. And a 745am start for breakfast when it is complete self service is rather late.
